Time to Re-Vamp

I have been gone for SO long! I’m going to make this post super quick:

It’s time for me to re-vamp!

No I’m not shutting this down. No I’m not changing what I’m doing. I will be keeping Fit Mama Life BUT it will be 100% fitness focused. I think I tried to do too much and tried to include too much content from a 10000000 different categories and it was too much for me to keep up with.

I will be re-launching in January and will bring you all NEW workouts, new fitness and exercise content, follow-along videos, nutrition tips, etc. But I will be all fitness and wellness focused this time around.

I. CAN. NOT. WAIT. I have a lot of fun things planned, so don’t miss me too much anymore. I’ll be back soon 🙂
