Hello lovelies!
Since it’s Friday, let’s call this day “Fitness Friday,” and I have an awesome workout for you all today!
The style of this workout is TABATA. These workouts are typically 8 rounds of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off. You would pick a single exercise at a time to work on. Eight rounds equal only FOUR minutes of work. So these workouts are quick and effective. If you have limited time, these workouts are for you.
Today’s workout is still in the format of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off/rest, but instead of doing only one exercise, you will be doing SIX exercises. You will start with the first one, and after 20 seconds of work, you will rest for 10 seconds, and then move on to the second exercise. Do 20 seconds of work, rest for 10 seconds, and then move on to the third. Continue this pattern until you’ve completed all 6 exercises, and then rest for 1 complete minute.
One round will only take you 3 minutes to complete, and with 1 minute rest periods, the ENTIRE workout will only take you 11 minutes. That’s it. Done-zo in 11 minutes. Find your workout video below with how to do each exercise, as well as the complete workout which you can save and print.
The only piece of equipment you need is a step or a ledge. Use any height you want. The lower the step is to the ground, the harder it will be. Enjoy — and let me know if you complete it!
