Something that I absolutely LOVE making when it’s hot out is SMOOTHIES. I mean, who doesn’t enjoy something ice cold when it’s flippin 100 degrees outside?? And it is gonna be a HOT weekend here in VA! But this smoothie is so easy to put together all the ingredients, blend, and GO!
I hope to bring you all a ton of recipes on this blog for smoothies, but for today, I’ll start with my favorite one.
Today’s recipe is for my Berry Protein Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 scoop Pure Protein Vanilla Cream Protein Powder
1 Tbsp coconut oil
1 Tbsp chia seeds
water as you see fit (I use around a cup so it’s not crazy thick)
Directions:
1) Add all ingredients to a blender. I love my Magic Bullet!
2) Blend together until all ingredients are well-combined.
3) Enjoy! (That easy, see!)
