Baby Partner Workout Series–#2

I didn’t have a video for this one, but what a tough (but fun!) workout. My son LOVES being involved in my workouts, so having him in the stroller for this one was fun for both he and I!



Workout

5 rounds:

.2 mile run

30 air squats

20 push-ups

10 kettlebell swings (I used 35#)

 

Use whatever weight you want for the kettlebell, and you can even use a small dumbbell if you have one. Otherwise, burpees are a good substitute to get your heart rate up.
