Knockout Arms Workout

Why don’t we call today…”Workout Wednesday!” Woohoo! Here’s another fun workout for you to try:

This is your “Knockout Arms Workout.” It’s focus is on your upper body, but also includes some core and lower body work as well (you can’t escape THAT easy!).

Below is the video showing you how each exercise is done (not a follow-along video this time), and below that are your print-outs that you can save to your phone or print out and bring along with you to the gym. The descriptions are on the print-outs!
